李启明
李启明,男,1963年11月出生,工学硕士,管理学博士,历任东南大学土木工程学院教研室主任、副教授、副院长、教授、研究所所长。现任东南大学教授、博导;东南大学建设与房地产系主任,东南大学建设与房地产研究所所长;建设部工程管理专业评估委员会委员;中国建筑学会建筑经济学术委员会委员;中国建筑业协会项目管理委员会专家顾问;中国工程项目管理网专家顾问;中华建设管理研究会(HK)理事;《建设管理与工程国际学报》(HK)国际编委;建设部《建筑经济》杂志编委、江苏省建筑业人才高峰专家咨询委员会委员、江苏省房地产经济研究会常务理事;江苏省土木工程学会建筑与房地产经济学术委员会主任委员;南京市房地产经济研究会副理事长、南京仲裁委员会仲裁员等职。主持承担国家自然科学基金研究项目《现代房地产投资风险和优化决策系统研究》、《建筑企业现代化管理模式及信息系统研究》和部省级科研项目《建设项目全寿命周期集成信息系统研究》、《21世纪大型承包商综合竞争力评价系统研究》、《WTO主要成员国家和地区建筑市场准入制度和技术性壁垒分析与对策研究》、中华人民共和国国家标准《建设工程项目管理规范》(GB/T50326—2001)、《中国对外工程承包发展战略研究》、《中国建筑业供求及监控机制研究》、《江苏省构筑建筑强省经济技术指标体系研究》、《江苏省住宅产业发展战略与技术经济政策研究》、《绿色生态小区的生态技术及应用研究》、等以及国际合作研究项目和其他科研项目共20多项;在科学出版社、中国建筑工业出版社、东南大学出版社等机构主编出版专著和教材《现代房地产开发与经营》、《房地产估价方法和实务》、《涉外房地产》、《房地产投资风险与决策》、《房地产投资决策与风险防范完全手册》、《建设工程合同管理》、《国际工程承包与项目管理》、《工程建设合同与索赔管理》等10本,参编其他专著和教材7本;在美国土木工程师学会(ASCE)《Journal of Construction Management and Engineering》、《管理工程学报》、《系统工程理论与实践》、《东南大学学报》、《中国房地产》、《建筑经济》等国际、国内权威学术刊物发表论文80多篇;与开发商合作主持策划建设部第一个《绿色生态住宅小区建设示范项目》的研究开发工作以及其他实际开发项目的研究和运作等;1999年至2002年多次在香港理工大学从事房地产及工程管理国际合作研究,目前正与英国里丁大学、英国UNN大学、澳大利亚昆士兰理工大学、新加坡国立大学、香港理工大学等开展国际合作研究及学术交流。曾获江苏省和南京市科技进步奖、华东地区优秀科技图书二等奖、江苏省普通高校优秀青年骨干教师称号、东南大学优秀骨干青年教师称号、东南大学优秀教学特等奖等多项荣誉称号和奖励。
